The treaty, concluded four years ago, sets minimum standards for the protection of audiovisual performers. The White House also transmitted a second WIPO treaty, The Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired, or Otherwise Print Disabled.
